Incident Summary:

06/24/2013: An explosive device made out of a pressure cooker was discovered at a private residence in Palpa district, Western, Nepal. The residence was that of Khil Raj Regmi, the Chair of the Interim Election Council. The device was safely defused without causing injury. The Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist (Baidya) claimed responsibility for the incident in a note left at the scene.
