06/27/2013: A car bomb detonated near the entrance of a cafe in Baquba city, Diyala governorate, Iraq. This was one of two attacks at this cafe on this night; this incident was designed to draw a crowd. Twelve people were killed and 35 others were wounded across both blasts. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
