Incident Summary:

06/28/2013: An explosive device detonated near the central mosque in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England, United Kingdom. There were no reported casualties in the blast and evidence of the incident was not discovered until July 18, 2013. Pavlo Lapsyn, a self-described white supremacist, was arrested on July 18, 2013 in connection with the attack. Lapsyn confessed to planting several bombs outside of mosques in the area as well as the murder of a Muslim civilian. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
