07/11/2013: An explosive device attached to a motorcycle detonated outside of a Shia mosque in Kacha Pakka village, Kohat district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. Two people were killed and at least three people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
