Incident Summary:

07/19/2013: Assailants attacked police officers in Yaka Toot, Faryab province, Afghanistan. At least four people, including two officers and two attackers, were killed and at least four assailants were injured in the assault. This was one of two coordinated attacks at this location; this incident targeted police officers responding to a previous bombing. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed the incidents to the Taliban.
