Incident Summary:

07/25/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near an outdoor market in the Nawafl area of Muqdadiya city, Diyala governorate, Iraq. This was one of two bombings in the market on the same day; this first explosion was designed to draw a crowd. Fifteen people were killed and fifteen others were injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the coordinated incidents.
