Incident Summary:

07/25/2013: An explosive device detonated near an outdoor market in the Nawafl area of Muqdadiya city, Diyala governorate, Iraq. This was one of two bombings in the market on the same day; this second explosion targeted people drawn to the scene of an earlier blast. Fifteen people were killed and fifteen others were injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the coordinated incidents.
