Incident Summary:

07/26/2013: Assailants kidnapped five Armenian men near the Syria-Turkey border in Aleppo governorate, Syria. The men were traveling with three women in a minibus going from Aleppo to Yerevan. After detaining the five men, the women were allowed to continue on their journey. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
