07/28/2013: A roadside bomb targeting a deputy commander of the Afghan Local Police (ALP) detonated in Shah Joyee district, Zabul Province, Afghanistan. At least nine people, including the deputy commander and four police officers, were killed and ten others were injured in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
