Incident Summary:

07/30/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated targeting the home of Issa Hisso, a Kurdish politician in Al-Qamishli town, Al Hasakah governorate, Syria. Hisso was killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources speculated that Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant was behind the attack.
