Incident Summary:

08/07/2013: An explosive device detonated in Narkh district, Wardak province, Afghanistan. This was one of two explosions at the same location; this first blast was designed to draw a crowd. At least three people were killed and another nine people were injured across the two attacks; one of the victims included a Hizb-i-Islami commander. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials attributed the attacks to the Taliban.
