09/11/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated outside of the Foreign Ministry and the Central Bank in Benghazi city, Benghazi district, Libya. At least one security guard at the bank was injured and several buildings were damaged in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
