Incident Summary:

09/15/2013: A civilian bus struck a roadside bomb in Lakhshak area, Nimroz province, Afghanistan. The bus then struck another vehicle. At least 15 people were killed and another 25 people were injured in the blast and in the following collision. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials attributed the attack to the Taliban.
