09/16/2013: Assailants executed two Alawite men in Ar-Raqqah city, Ar Raqqah governorate, Syria. The assailants accused the men of being members of President Bashar Assad's security force. No group claimed responsibility for this incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
