Incident Summary:
09/25/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle outside of a police station in Hawijah town, Kirkuk, Iraq. This was one of four coordinated attacks in the town on the same day. At least 14 people were killed and another 30 were injured across all four assaults. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, officials suspect that Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was involved.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
