Incident Summary:

09/25/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle outside of the city council building in Hawijah town, Kirkuk, Iraq. This was one of four coordinated attacks in the town on the same day. At least 14 people were killed and another 30 people were injured across all four assaults. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, officials suspect that Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was involved.
