Incident Summary:

09/25/2013: Assailants kidnapped four Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers in the Char Tut area, Khanabad district, Kunduz province, Afghanistan. One soldier was killed and the three remaining soldiers were released on September 28, 2013. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
