10/24/2013: A roadside explosive device detonated prematurely as assailants were planting it in Jamjamo village, Jani Khel district, Paktika province, Afghanistan. Four suspected assailants were killed. This was one of two incidents involving roadside bombs that occurred in Jani Khel district on this day. No group claimed responsibility; however, authorities attributed the incident to the Taliban.
