Incident Summary:

11/05/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near the Turkmen Elli satellite channel building in Kirkuk city, Kirkuk, Iraq. Five people were injured and several nearby buildings and vehicles were damaged in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was involved.
