11/09/2013: An explosive device attached to a vehicle detonated in Al-Sha b neighborhood, Baghdad city, Baghdad governorate, Iraq. An employee of the Ministry of Health was killed in the blast. This was one of two similar attacks targeting government employees in the city on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
