Incident Summary:

11/20/2013: A timed explosive device was discovered at the entrance to an ongoing cultural festival in Kokrajhar district, Assam state, India. The device was later safely detonated without causing any injury or property damages. This was one of three attempted bombings in Assam state on this day. The National Liberation Front of Bengalis (NLFB), has claimed responsibility for the coordinated incidents.
