11/28/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated targeting Major General Juma al-Dulaimi's convoy in Tikrit city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. Dulaimi, a police commander, was not harmed; however, at least two people were killed and six people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
