Incident Summary:

11/28/2013: An explosive device detonated targeting first responders in Achin district, Nangarhar province, Afghanistan. At least two people were killed and another eight people were injured in the blast. This was one of two coordinated bombings in Achin on the same day; this attack took place when first responders rushed to the scene of an earlier incident. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, officials attributed the attacks to the Taliban.
