Incident Summary:

11/30/2013: Assailants opened fire on residents and fishermen in Madayi village, Borno State, Nigeria. At least seven people were killed and 15 others were injured in the attack. In addition, the assailants torched several boats before fleeing the area. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
