12/03/2013: Assailants detonated explosive devices near the Cano Limon-Covenas oil pipeline in La Reserva, Toledo district, Norte de Santander department, Colombia. No casualties were reported; however, sources reported that the attack resulted in an oil spill that threatened the water supply. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the incident to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
