Incident Summary:

12/04/2013: Assailants attacked civilians in New Baguio village, North Cotabato province, Philippines. The assailants came to the village dressed as soldiers and demanded that people pay them taxes. Security forces responded to the scene and clashe with the assailants. Four people, including one soldier and three assailants, were wounded in the violence. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed it to the New People's Army (NPA).
