12/07/2013: A group of more than 30 assailants attacked the telephone exchange in the village of Kumbhariput, Koraput district, Odisha state, India. The assailants ransacked the exchange and assaulted the exchange's guard. This was one of three attacks committed in Kumbhariput on this day. Maoists claimed responsibility for the incident.
