Incident Summary:

12/14/2013: An explosive device placed on a traffic police vehicle detonated in Mehter Lam town, Laghman province, Afghanistan. Nineteen people, including police officers and civilians, were injured in the blast and the vehicle was destroyed. No group claimed responsibility; however, government sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
