12/15/2013: Assailants attempted to detonate an explosive device at a mobile phone tower in Palamu district, Jharkhand state, India. No casualties or damages were reported. This was one of two attacks on mobile phone towers in India on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, police attributed the attacks to Maoists.
