Incident Summary:

12/17/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near an Asia World construction site in Kunlong town, Shan state, Myanmar. At least three people were killed and at least two others were wounded as a result of the blast. No group has claimed responsibility for the incident; however, police officials attributed the attack to the National Democratic Alliance Army (NDAA-ESSA).
