Incident Summary:

12/22/2013: Assailants kidnapped four Power Grid Corporation of India Limited employees in Chirang district, Assam state, India. Three of the employees were released shortly after the abduction, and the fourth victim, an engineer, was released on December 31, 2013. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB).
