12/22/2013: Assailants attacked the residence of Sufi spiritual leader, Lutfar Rahman Faruq, in Gopibag area, Dhaka city, Dhaka division, Bangladesh. Six people, including Faruq, were killed in the attack. Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) claimed responsibility for the incident.
