12/30/2013: An explosive device detonated near a Kenya Police Force (KPF) convoy escorting CARE International employees in Dadaab town, Garissa county, Kenya. At least four officers were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspect that Al-Shabaab was behind the attack.
