Incident Summary:

12/30/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at the private residence of Major Ahmed Khalif in the Baiji town, Saladin governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least two people, including Khlaif, the assistant commander of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Forces, were killed and three others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
