01/05/2014: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated in Shaab neighborhood, Baghdad city, Baghdad governorate, Iraq. This was one of two car bombs to detonate simultaneously; the other blast occurred outside a nearby restaurant. Nine people were killed and 25 others were wounded across both blasts. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria 1

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
