01/17/2014: Assailants opened fire on Usman Yar Khan's vehicle in Karachi city, Sindh province, Pakistan. Khan, the Secretary General of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam, his driver, and a guard were killed in the attack, and one other person was wounded. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspect that Sipah-I-Mohammed was behind the incident.
