01/20/2014: A letter bomb detonated in Kampala city, Central region, Uganda. The letter had been addressed to Rebecca Kadaga, the Parliament Speaker; however, she was out of the office when the letter was delivered. An assistant opened it and was injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
