Incident Summary:
01/21/2014: A suicide bomber in an explosives-laden vehicle detonated in a residential area of Beirut city, Mount Lebanon governorate, Lebanon. At least four people, besides the assailant, were killed and 35 others were wounded as a result of the blast. Al-Nusrah Front claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that it was in response to attacks carried out by Hezbollah in Syria and Arsal.

Criteria 1
