Incident Summary:

01/28/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosive device in Cobanbey town, Aleppo governorate, Syria. The blast occurred at a meeting between members of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and the Turkish military. In addition to the assailant, four Turkish commanders were killed in the explosion. ISIL claimed responsibility for the incident.
