Incident Summary:

02/00/2014: Sometime between February 1, 2014 and February 28, 2014, assailants abducted a merchant from El Anzuelo area, Meta department, Colombia. Eulises Pulido Osuna, the merchant, was rescued on March 19, 2014. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed the kidnapping to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC)'s 39th Joaquin Ballen Front.
