Incident Summary:

02/06/2014: Assailants opened fire on residents in Mavo village, Plateau state, Nigeria. At least 22 people were killed and approximately 10 houses were set on fire in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Tarok Militia and locals suspected that Fulani militants were involved.
