Incident Summary:

02/12/2014: Assailants attacked residents and buildings in Katendezi village, Katanga province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. No casualties were reported, although an unknown number of buildings were set on fire. This was one of two related attacks on area villages. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Mai Mai Bakata Katanga Militia.
