02/28/2014: A suicide bomber detonated explosives near a military vehicle in Shavol Manda area, Nad Ali district, Helmand province, Afghanistan. In addition to the suicide bomber, one United States (US) soldier was killed and three other soldiers were wounded in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
