03/25/2014: Assailants opened fire on the palace of Umaru Elegu Abu, the paramount ruler of the Giza chiefdom, in Keana district, Nasarawa, Nigeria. Five people, including two assailants, were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Tiv militia.
