Incident Summary:
03/27/2014: An explosive device was discovered at a house in Al-Adl neighborhood, Ramadi city, Al Anbar governorate, Iraq. The device detonated as security forces were attempting to defuse the device. There were an unknown number of casualties in the blast. This was one of four similar attacks at houses in Al-Adl neighborhood on March 27, 2014. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims. Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
