Incident Summary:

04/02/2014: Two assailants on a motorcycle opened fire on a liquor store at the Williamnagar market in East Garo Hills district, Meghalaya state, India. An employee of the store was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, a police official attributed the attack to the Achik National Volunteer Council-B (ANVC-B).
