04/03/2014: Assailants attempted to storm a military base in Dwiyliba area, Yusufiyah town, Babil governorate, Iraq. One soldier and approximately 40 assailants were killed in the ensuing clash. The Military Council of the Tribal Revolutionaries (MCTR) claimed responsibility for the incident; sources also attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
