Incident Summary:

04/17/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle and assailants opened fire on a military headquarters in Adayah village, Nineveh governorate, Iraq. At least 19 people, including nine assailants, were killed and 12 others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
