04/17/2014: Assailants abducted Volodymyr Rybak in Horlivka city, Donetsk oblast, Ukraine. Rybak, a city council member, was found dead on April 22, 2014. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Donetsk People's Republic.
