04/19/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near a Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) aid convoy in Salamiyah, Hamah, Syria. In addition to the suicide bomber, at least four people were killed and nine others were wounded in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
